  • Comparison Of Other Competitors: If needed, we can do comparison with those competitors specified by customers, our comparison will cover the solution features and functions, the parameters and other relative items. We will also offer the comparison report to our customers for reference, if needed.

  • Along With Technicians And/or Engineers: If needed, we will invite our R&D technicians and/or engineers to support our customers.

SELLING

  • Technical Support: Our sales team,R&D engineers and customers will keep close communication for the customized features and functions. If needed, we will hold video meetings periodically to ensure the customized projects moving ahead smoothly.

  • Technical and Solution Training: If needed, we can offer technical and solution training for our customers.

  • Test: When the customized solutions are done, we will offer the general and customized samples to customers for tests. We will not launch massive production and delivery until our customers send us their confirmation.

Technical Consultancy: Our customers’ questions, doubts and feedbacks are always valued.

  • 1.Simple problems: our sales teams will be responsible for the simple questions and problems.
